Verbo "THERE TO BE"

        ®Verb There to be
1. Present tense – affirmative, negative, and interrogative forms
 Example: There is an official second language in India.
                                        Singular
                        There are many languages in the world.
                                                  Plural                                  
                                     Affirmative           Negative                             Interrogative
            Singular
                                       There is              There is not                              Is there?    
                                      (There’s)         (There’s not = There isn’t)
                Plural                 There are            There are not                          Are there?
                                                                        (There aren’t)


                                 O verbo there to be (haver) tem apenas duas formas – uma para
                                o singular e outra para o plural – e concorda com o objeto que
                                o segue.
